A Hurried Morning

Hello and welcome back to my weekly blog posts!
I don't have much time to write today so I'll keep my thoughts relatively brief.
This week was interesting for me, I'm into fitness and I've been trying out some new cycles to see what works for me. I'm still pretty novice at the whole thing but it's fun just to do it, all the chemicals it releases into your body when you finish, and the feeling of accomplishment with every little bit of progress always makes it worth it.
This week I tried push/pull/legs, and it didn't go very well at first hahaha. For anyone that doesn't know what push/pull/legs is it's pretty straight forward, one day you do all the exercises that use the pushing muscles in your arms (push ups, hand stands, stuff like that), then the next day you do the same but instead with pulling exercises (curls, pull ups, etc.), and then after that you do all your leg/ab exercises!
Personally, I tend to train my muscle groups all together, which ends up putting less stress on each of them, but this formula had me putting a lot of effort into each muscle group one at a time, which had surprising results.
I didn't realize how week my arms were until I tried this out, I couldn't do much on my push and pull days before my arms gave out, and they hurt for a long time afterwards as well, my body wasn't used to it at all, but I'm trying to slow it down a little bit now, do some easier exercises with less reps, and build myself up, the one nice thing about being super weak is that it's really easy to get stronger, since the only way I can really go is up.
Anyhoo, that's my thoughts for this week, hopefully someone can gain some insight from them!
Thanks for reading and have a great day!
